Newport Beach real estate can be considered among the most desirable in California, and recent months have seen median home values dance around the $1 million mark. The Orange Coast College School of Sailing and Seamanship offers recreational and professional sailing and mariners’ courses and certifications, including USCG licensing.
The Newport Harbor Nautical Museum is dedicated to the history of Newport Harbor, and the industries and people that were attracted to the waters of Newport Beach.
