For 25 years Paul has excelled in every aspect of the real estate profession in Southern California. Beginning as an multi-award winning Realtor and evolving into a corporate trainer and manager, Paul's first and foremost focus is on client service and Realtor partnership. He is a firm believer in coaching, training, and accountability as the vehicle to professionalism in the real estate business. After college, Paul was selected to became a naval officer where his leadership skills were honed and polished which has been a huge benefit to his agents and clients. He completed his graduate studies at the U.S. Naval War College, College of Staff & Command. A program that stresses leadership, planning, and proper response under extremely stressful situations. The ability to counsel Realtors and clients in stressful transactional situations is one of Paul's true values he brings to Realty ONE Group. He is the Past Chairman of Professional Standards and the current Presiding Officer of the Ethics & Arbitration Panel at Pacific West Assn. of Realtors. He is a CAR inter-board arbitrator and mediator.
