Interviewing my clients to find the kind of property they are seeking and actively work with their schedule to what is convenient for them. Prepare documents for sale or purchase and assist clients in the process. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers, usually representing one or the other.
I began my real estate career as an investor 20years ago, about 8 years later I received my real estate sales license and began working with buyers and investors in the Inland Empire, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties, and now in the High Desert with successfully purchasing and selling properties.
