Brian Thenhaus

Real Estate Agent

Few agents know the Metro Denver and Front Range area as well as Brian does. Born in Denver, Colorado, he grew up in the Castle Rock / Sedalia area, attended college in Boulder and has lived in Greenwood Village, LoDo and along the Northern Front Range in Erie and Brighton. He has seen the areas like Castle Rock grow from one stoplight to nearly 60,000 residents, the development of the once empty Highway 36 corridor between Denver and Boulder, the rejuvenation of areas like LoDo and RINO, and the tremendous growth the northern suburbs including Westminster, Thornton, and Erie.

Brian spent nearly two decades in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies in the technology and financial services sectors. He ventured into the real estate industry with the desire to directly serve clients with a foundation built on advice, guidance and information as opposed to a simple transaction to transaction focus. He believes that as a home purchase is a considerable investment, it should be approached with the same level of professionalism, rigor and discipline as any significant financial investment. He believes that business is about loyalty, honesty and focusing on the long-term. He strives to bring the same level of professionalism to his real estate relationships and transactions that you’d expect in the executive offices in which he built his career.

Brian currently lives in the Brighton area with his wife and daughter. His wife, Allison, is licensed mortgage loan originator also serving Front Range clients. Brian is active in his community, serving as a mentor to veterans entering the corporate world via the American Corporate Partners organization, as well as volunteering with several local animal rescues and at his daughter’s school. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors with his family, mountain biking and jumping into the WOD with his CrossFit family. Brian holds a B.S. in Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
