As a licensed real estate agent since 2001 Damon started his career with Prudential Americana Group, Realtors where he would spend the next 10 years and was the recipient of several awards including Best New Agent, Rising Star and President's Circle. With a background in management from his previous career and 2 years of real estate sales experience in 2003 Damon decided to enter the ranks of management and became an office sales manager. Working along side the Broker he was responsible for hiring, training and coaching new agents to a minimum production level. Throughout the next 2 years Damon invested in his personal growth by attending several leadership courses and successfully hired, trained and coached 100's of agents to new levels in their business. In 2005 he made the decision to step out of management to utilize all that he had learned and was teaching to build a team. Within 6 months of leaving management, Damon built a successful real estate team of 10 associates which ranked as one of the top teams in the office. With an opportunity to enter management again in 2006 he hired a team manager to run the day to day operations of his team in order to pursue his true passion of training and coaching agents on a larger scale. From 2006 to 2011 Damon managed an office of over 200 agents as well as 5 employees and organized sales meetings, events and training programs. Over the past 12 months he has been the Corporate Broker, CEO/Team Leader for a Keller Williams Market Center with 80 agents and 4 employees and is excited to take the next step in his career with the #1 real estate company in Nevada, Realty One Group.
