David Haines

Real Estate Agent

I was first licensed in 1970 and managed to lease a small warehouse immediately. A few years later when I got my Broker's License I was hired by Arizona Industrial Properties to run their Phoenix operation consisting of a couple dozen buildings. They paid me $1,000.00 per month with free health insurance, office and secretary. I opened my own brokerage inside their office. I closed over 80% of the people that found me from 1 billboard. I did almost all of Arizona Industrial deals (5% of the lease) and the owner replaced me with an office manager.

Years later after selling residential, commercial, land and industrial I did my first major deal by researching employment housing, researching land, brokering the land ($7.4 million) and building a 120,000 SF office building with a buddy of mine as Co-Developers and Project Managers. Check it out: 20620 N. 19th Avenue. I have also done residential and commercial subdivisions.

My best residential deal to date was $820,000.00.
