Gary Brown moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in the summer of 1994 from Memphis, Tennessee. While he lived in Memphis, he attended Memphis State University and worked as a restaurant manager on Beale Street. Gary had been searching for an opportunity to get back to the southwest every since he finished his time with the United States Air Force.
Upon arrival in Arizona, Gary saw and understood the attraction he had heard people speak of. He now understood why so many people were moving to the southern part of Arizona. Gary also admired the outdoors of the state as well as the sunny warm climate. Arizona is blessed with ample camping areas and endless hike trails. One of his favorite hike areas is the Grand Canyon in Northern Arizona where he has personally travelled over 600 miles on a variety of adventures.
In late 2003, Gary attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and obtained his Real Estate license. Gary believes this is one of the best decisions he has ever made. With a very strong customer service background and a refined knowledge of the east valley, Gary’s goal is to make every buyer or seller his top priority. He also encourages input from buyers and sellers to ensure they are completely involved in the process. This encourages not only more communication, but builds a lasting relationship for the future. The buying or selling of a home does not have to be stressful. It is important that you trust and are able to communicate effectively with your agent. This is why Gary goes to great lengths to earn your trust and provide you with the guidance you need to successfully negotiate the transaction.
