During the Housing Market collapse there were people in my church that were losing their house and had to short sale. I made the decision to go to Real Estate school and see if I could learn something that would help them. As a result of that, I fell in love with the industry. Real Estate is a people business and it was a great fit. My goal is to develop a relationship of trust while assisting families and individuals in making wise decisions on buying a new home and or selling their existing home.
What I Do:
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, listing/selling issues and related matters.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
