Jeff Burleson has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for the last 15 years and has worked in the land business for well over 20 years across N.C. and S.C.. His background began at North Carolina State University where he secured a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences along with a minor in Forestry and Botany. Burleson began working with landowners helping them with their forestry, wildlife, and land management needs and transformed over to representing landowners/homeowners on both sides of a real estate transaction. The growing need in the Myrtle Beach area for experienced real estate agents in the residential and condo market expanded Burleson's area of expertise into other areas of the real estate business. Today, Burleson works with a wide variety of buyers and sellers from vacant 1/4-acre lots and residential homes to vacation condos, industrial properties, and large parcels of recreational land. Burleson takes pride in his ability to communicate his clients' wants and needs to reach anticipated goals and expectations. With several thousand licensed real estate agents available today in the Greater Myrtle Beach area, Burleson is always a good choice and none of his clients have ever regret choosing him as their agent. Burleson is licensed in both N.C. and S.C. as a real estate agent and is a licensed forester in N.C. and S.C. as well.
