I was born and raised in our beautiful state and I love taking advantage of everything it has to offer. When not finding homes, I can be found outdoors with my family. Whether it's hunting or hiking or camping, I'm there. My thirst for new things and knowledge is never quenched, and because of that, I'm working on taking my career and education to the next level by working towards my associate broker's license.
About a year and a half ago, I heard some very disturbing things about real estate agents: that they weren't working for their clients. I wanted to do something to change that, so I got into the business. Selling real estate is one of my favorite things to do. I love being in a relationship with people and being a part of their story.
Being able to help my clients find their first home or their forever home is one of the best feelings. I work hard for each and every one of my clients. Last year, my homes stayed on the market for an average of only 12 days and this year it's been trending 1-2 days - with some selling before they were even officially listed. I enjoy the hunt of searching through our Valley's inventory and doing whatever I can to make my clients' dreams come true.
Playing sports has helped refine my competitive spirit and gives me an advantage in my field. For example, most new real estate agents sell an average of 2.8 homes in their first year. In my first year, I sold 19 and I'm scheduled to surpass that in 2017 all because I have determined in my heart to put my clients first. It is hard but very rewarding work and I couldn't do it, or be as successful as I am, without my amazing wife and two boys.
If you're looking for a home or wanting to sell your house, let me help you. I'd love to meet and talk with you about what you're looking for and work with you to find your next home.
