Everyone knows a REALTOR®. We're a "dime a dozen". What difference is it if you work with me or your neighbors Uncle Vinnie? Chances are, on most days, I have better hair than Uncle Vinnie. But I also chose to learn about the industry, literally, from the ground up. My career began in new home development. Over the following decade, I learned plat maps, blue prints, and the ins and outs of construction of the various types of housing from townhomes to custom builds in my role of New Home Sales Director. Through this, I developed a dedication in guiding and supporting clients not only the professionalism and knowledge, but also with kindness and sincerity that I believe forms long lasting relationships. So why did I choose to leave a guaranteed paycheck in New Homes Sales to become a Full Time REALTOR®? I love the excitement a first time home buyer has. I also like the challenge of finding the perfect buyer for Grandma Betty's charming condo. I prefer to be in my boots, out in the dirt, walking a empty lot envisioning your dream home with you; rather than behind a desk waiting for a customer. Nowhere else but in being a REALTOR®, do you have the opportunity to work with a variety of people. Whatever you real estate situation may be, I welcome the opportunity to become your REALTOR®.
