I have purchased and sold several homes across the United States, each and every time I would say, "someday I am going to become a Realtor"? I decided in 2004 to study Real Estate in California in preparation for my retirement but I did not get to take the final exam as I was promoted and transferred. I retired in 2008 from my Government Career which I began my own consulting business in Mortgage Field Services. My experience in conducting residential and commercial lender inspections has now allowed me to become the best Realtor for my clients. I obtained my Real Estate license in 2013 in Arizona and I have assisted numerous clients to buying and selling. What do I like most about Real Estate is the relationship to meet my clients expectations, to close the deal, move forward in life long friendships.
I love helping people obtain their dream, assisting their family, friends, and co-workers is the most rewarding life experience. If you can't trust your Realtor you should not be in the relationship. That is what makes a great Realtor is having a genuine helping heart. My motto is "Your Dream IS My Priority"
