I didn’t wake up ONE morning with everything figured out. Let’s be honest. There’s no real entrepreneur playbook. No magic shortcut to launching ONE of the fastest growing brands in real estate. Instead, I had a relentless curiosity, a belief in myself, and the guts to chase something bigger than what is comfortable.

Twenty years ago, I was just a young entrepreneur, a busy real estate professional with a baby on the way, in a new city, with a small network and a smaller idea of what would come to be. But I was hungry and still am.

Hungry to learn all the things I don’t know.

Hungry to grow so much bigger than I can even dream.

Hungry to build something that mattered and mattered to more than just me.

Through it all, I’ve stayed curious. I like to call it ‘dreaming wild.’ You see, it’s not just dreaming big but dreaming beyond what has been conceived, done, accomplished. It’s dreaming the UNthinkable, the out of the ordinary because that’s how real, valuable, move-the-needle movements are started. I dream wild. 

As we celebrate 20 years as ONE of the fastest growing real estate brands today, I realize that’s where it began. It started happening, ONE door at a time which is exactly how our ONE Purpose was created: Opening doors, ONE home, ONE dream, ONE life at a time. 

Door after door and open house after open house. Sure, there were countless late nights, early mornings, failures that stung, wins that tasted like gold. But it was always the curiosity that kept me moving, the idea that there was something more I could do. Wild dreams kept me believing and that was the spark that has now caught on across the globe like wildfire. … a powerful movement that is now Realty ONE Group.
